At home Chef Enrique grew up watching his grandmother and mother wandering around local markets and selecting the best products to cook with love and passion. They always offered their meals to family and friends as eating is as much of a social activity as it is a nourishment for the body.

Very young he decided to leave his homeland and explore the world. Always keeping his family values and love for cooking, he first worked at Mediterranean restaurants in different countries in Europe and America.

While living in South America for a few years, he created his own restaurant on the Pacific Ocean coast. The rich variety of top quality fresh sea food and tropical ingredients combined with his culinary legacy inspired him to create and share different recipes, especially the famous Spanish Paella for guest and friends keeping always his origins. 

Now settled in Joshua Tree Enrique feels this strong urge to come back to his first love of cooking and keep his traditions alive while serving the high desert with the opportunity to enjoy the magic of Spanish cuisine.


The Menu that Chef Enrique has created brings to your table the essence of the different Spanish regions and traditions. Each option is elaborated using only natural ingredients: selected original Spanish products, a variety of fresh meat and vegetables, Cold Pressed Virgin Spanish Olive oil, a touch of precious spices … and a ton of love, always.
